Fully fitted kitchen, spacious washing machine, excellent location near eateries
The room cleaning schedule feels rather infrequent. I’d prefer more frequent cleanings!!! Extra pillows would also enhance comfort since those provided are far too thin for restful sleep!!!

The view from my room was breathtaking, a direct line of sight to Tokyo Tower. Loved how I could walk to nearby Sailor Moon sites in just five minutes. The neighborhood felt peaceful yet accessible, with a train station nearby. A nice touch was the 500 yen card offered if I opted out of room cleaning. The breakfast saved me money – a decent variety including miso soup and a juice bar. The room, a Superior Studio, was spacious, equipped with a washer-dryer that came in handy. I appreciated the bath device that adjusted temperatures to my liking. Staff provided great service, especially in assisting with a taxi. They also took care of my luggage before check-in. A slight inconvenience was that the continental breakfast's selection could have had more options. I also found the wi-fi could be slow at times, but didn't hamper my overall stay too much.

The 'king suite' felt cramped with two double beds pushed together—no space for luggage at all. The overall layout in the room felt off, as the kitchen and bathroom took up considerable space, leaving little room for comfort, especially if the weather turns sour.

i recently stayed here for 9 nights and had an amazing experience. the location in azabu is quieter compared to my last trip, but it's still close to great restaurants and subway access. the room was perfect with a fully stocked kitchen, allowing for a true home-away-from-home feel.
the pillows were a bit too thin.

We explored nearby theme parks and enjoyed the city's sights. The place is super clean, and the staff was really helpful. Our room was cozy and had a nice kitchen setup, perfect for our needs. Plus, there's 24-hour Nespresso coffee, which was a great perk!
One thing to note is that the 'king suite' felt a bit cramped. Two double beds pushed together made it tough to find floor space for our luggage.
